When you fill in our online booking form, we will assign the instructor for you based on your requirements almost instantly as our online booking team standby 24/7. Once the instructor will have time off between lessons, usually a few hours from your initial inquiry (Lesson hours: 6am to 8pm 7 days a week), he or she will call or sms you directly to re-confirm the booking date, time, meeting address, etc as per your needs. The good thing is, usually you don’t have to make any payment when you request the booking online.

Whereas, if you call and we find a suitable instructor for you, you might not be able to talk to the instructor directly as instructors are usually on the road conducting lessons and they don’t answer the phone unless it’s an emergency. Also waiting for the instructor to call you back gives you the opportunity to ask any questions directly relating to your lesson or test before you confirm for the booking!
